This place is very professional and took a great deal of care during my dental appointment. I've had bad experiences before with deep cleaning to the point where Icleaning before, rejected such treatment in the past prior to Zen. This place changed all of that and assured me that I would not come out with horrendous pain and swelling after a deep cleaning. Dr. Martinez explained in detail the treatment that I needed and what results I should expect if I declined the treatment. After much thinking, I gave the green light to proceed, and the technician, Giovana, went above and beyond to make sure I lost my fear of treatments. During the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and was very patient with my nervousness. I was so emotional and scared, and I was really just hoping for the best. After my right quadrants were finished (the first half of the treatment) and finished healing throughout the day, I was happy with my results. I came back for the second and final part of the deep cleaning, and after that, my trust in a dentist is now restored. I would like to thank them for their patience and for taking into consideration the accommodations I needed after being traumatized by previous dentists. I would recommend Dr. Martinez and their staff to anyone.

The location is great (especially for everyone that works/live around Coral Gables) but they are very much worth the drive if you’re not close. It isn’t easy to find attentive, caring and honest providers butproviders, they are. Thanks!

I started coming to Dr. Martinez when my employee dental insurance changed companies. I’m so glad I found her! I came in for my first appointment to get X-rays and a cleaning. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I came in the following week to get a cavity filled. I told Dr. Martinez that I was nervous, and she made me feel at ease. She explained what she was doing step by step. I definitely recommend Dr. Martinez!
